All prices quoted are in New Zealand dollars and inclusive of 15% GST.
Our prices reflect the true cost and do not include "marketing gimmicks" to make the product look cheaper.
Delivery Policy
We will notify you via email to confirm your order & work as fast as our wee wings will allow, dispatching your goods to you as soon as possible. We do aim to deliver within 7 days if your goods are in stock.
If an item is not in stock we will back order it for you. We will notify you personally with an estimated time of delivery. We will endeavour to deliver back orders to you within 21 days.
Within New Zealand: Your goods are delivered via ParcelPost™ Tracked. All deliveries will not require a signature, however, should you require a signature to be provided please contact us to request this service.
International: You can choose to have your goods delivered via New Zealand Post International Express Courier (tracked) or International Air Post (tracked). All deliveries will not require a signature, however should you require a signature to be provided please advise us when we contact you to confirm your exact postal costs.
Return Policy
When you buy a crystal from My Sacred Place we intuit the specific crystal that is right for you. If the crystal we provide is not to your satisfaction or you just don’t connect with it, you are free to return it to us within 7 days for a replacement or refund on the purchased price minus the cost of the postage & packaging.
Your satisfaction is our priority so we have a "no quibble" guarantee policy. You can return the goods within 7 days of receiving it for a replacement or refund on the purchased price minus the cost of postage & packaging. A replacement or refund will be provided on receipt of the returned goods.
International Orders
We only accept international orders from Australia, South Pacific, Asia, Europe, United Kingdom, USA & Canada. This is to protect you as the customer and ourselves against credit card fraud. Thank you for your understanding.

As our business is based on the utmost integrity, we will report all attempted fraudulent orders to the relevant authorities. No Exceptions!
